We (Maria and Ellen) are two teachers who met at the 10th International Alexander Technique Congress in Ireland last summer 2015.

 

We share an enthusiasm for the Alexander Technique and in particular for the unexpected psychological changes that can result from practicing the technique.

 

We are aware of various individuals who have undergone transformations that were unsettling, though beneficial in the end, and who could have been greatly assisted by the knowledge of other’s stories. We hope our project can result in a publication of such stories.
